iUnstoppable
20 days to more freedom, more fun and more money.

If you’re tired of spending 12 hours a day behind your computer and want to get off the IM wheel of
doom, then let the blind guy show you what you aren’t seeing.

Focus plus action = iUnstoppable.

iUnstoppable is a twenty day course delivered in an online secure members area. Each lesson is digitally
delivered each day, and will take you no more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Here’s what we are going to cover in the iUnstoppable training.

Taking Responsibility For Yourself And Your Actions

We will first of all look at how it is essential to take responsibility for yourself and your actions.

So instead of waiting for people to do things for you, or give you a solution, it is far better to put the
responsibility on your own shoulders.

This will make you much more inclined to take action, and it will also give you a greater feeling of being
in control of the decisions and the direction you take in life and in your business.

We will then go through a very revealing exercise where we will look at how efficiently you use your
time. In other words, how many hours per day do you spend at the computer, and how many minutes
from each hour is actually spent on productive activities which move your business forward in a positive

Module 1 Section 1, Figuring Out What You Want And Need.

We will start this section off by going through a very powerful exercise called Clearing The Decks, in
which we will literally dump everything from our brain down on to paper.

This is because we all have far too much going on in our lives, and in order to think and see clearly

We need to effectively reboot our brain.

We will then organise everything into two groups, the things we feel in control of, and the things we
don’t feel in control of.

Finally, we will take the things we do feel in control of and put them in an ordered list.

This really helps us to gain a sense of perspective on what goes on in our lives, and makes us able to
move forward with less clutter in our minds.

Next, we will then do two very important exercises to properly figure out what we need and what we
want in our lives.

If we want more freedom, more fun and more money, we first of all have to be specific about what
those things will bring to us on a personal level.

In other words, you have to know what it is you want, before you can go and get it.

A lot of people fail to get this clear at the outset, and end up losing direction and motivation.

Build a business around the life you want to lead, not the other way round.

Next we take a look at how to deal with and then get rid of negativity. In order to do this, we first have
to recognise what causes ourselves or people around us to be negative in the first place.

Negativity is fuelled by fear, either fear within ourselves, or fear in other people which they then project
on to us, usually unintentionally.

Once we recognise and understand what is behind negativity, we can then take the appropriate action
to eliminate it.

Finally in the “Knowing What You Want and Need” section of Taking Control Of Your Life, we are going
to identify the things which cause us to feel distracted.

When we are involuntarily interrupted, it takes time for us to regain our concentration, and this leads
to lack of focus and a less efficient use of time.

Module 1 Section 2, Feeling Good About Yourself.

We will start this section off by assessing our level of materialism. Although the presence of money can
definitely make life more comfortable, it generally won’t buy us happiness beyond a certain point.

As far as overall happiness goes money is basically a means to an ends. It is the way you live your life
and the alignment between what you have, need and want which makes the biggest difference.

We will next then look at the importance of developing a Gratitude Attitude.

Learning to express gratitude is one of the most powerful things you can do to align your needs, haves
and wants.

Not only is it good for your general well-being, learning to express gratitude will help you stay aware of
the things which truly impact your life in a positive way.

Finally we will take a look at how a few simple exercises and body movements can help us feel physically
more energised and better about ourselves.

It is important to drink water throughout your working day, and rolling your shoulders and ankles will
help to keep oxygen flowing to your brain.

We will also cover the need for a good working environment with lots of light and fresh air, and we’ll
look at some general tips on what kind of breakfast will set you up for a productive days work.

Once you have gone through the exercises in Module 1, you should be feeling considerably clearer
about what you are shooting for in life and business.

We will have effectively laid the foundations on which to build, so it’s now time to roll up our sleeves
and get our hands dirty in the implementation section of iUnstoppable.

Module 2, Making It Happen

We are going to start this module off with a very important exercise in which you will define your
Driving force.

In other words, what is it that is behind your motivation to make money and grow your business.

In order to define our driving force properly, we need to be very specific about what we want to
achieve, why we want to achieve it, and by when it should be achieved.

This will serve as the backbone of our implementation strategy as we move forward.

The next step is for us to get very clear on what are our core strengths, or unique abilities.

This is a very enriching exercise, as it not only helps us to define our own unique abilities, but it helps us
to see the core strengths in the people around us.

It is important to let go of our ego and not be proprietary about our business.

Focusing on what we do best and getting other people around us focusing on what they do best is the
best way to maximise our efforts.

This is summarised in the Wadsworth Principle, 5% effort yielding 95% of the results.

Next we will look at the main factors which cause us to procrastinate and how to deal with them.

Like negativity, procrastination is very much linked to fear, and we need to recognise what it is we are
afraid of in order to eliminate procrastination.

We will look at something called the “just start” method, meaning that if we stop worrying about not
knowing all the steps and just start, this is often enough to allow us to build up momentum.

We are then going to look at the biggest problem most entrepreneurs face, which is how to get ultra
focused and not be pulled in too many directions.

It is very easy to end up with too many opportunities on the table, and before we know it, we end up
feeling like we are not getting anywhere.

In order to move a project forward, we need to give it our properly focused attention, and we will go
through an exercise of evaluating what projects we have on the go, and which ones we should prioritise
and give our full attention to.

In Busting Motivational Myths, we are going to learn a very powerful technique called “thinking double”.
This is essentially where we focus our attention on what it is we are aiming for, whilst also being realistic
about what we need to go through in order for our goal to become reality.

In other words, just thinking about something a lot is not enough on its own. Movies like The Secret
have fooled people into a false sense of reality, which does little more than make them feel good about
themselves.

It is far better to be optimistic about achieving your goals, whilst being realistic about the steps you
need to go through on the way.

In Making Your Goals Happen, we will drill down on what factors are involved in setting realistic and
achievable goals.

Our goals need to be concrete, specific and time-based.

We need to be held accountable, and this is achieved by making our intentions known to people around
us.

Finally, we will look again at how effectively we use our time. Hopefully by now, you should find that you
are much clearer and more focused as you run your business.

There should be more time for you to do the things you want, more time to enjoy the things you want,
and greater purpose and intelligence behind the way you spend your hard earned money from your
efforts.
